Data Deletion Requests

How to Request Deletion:
In the app: Go to the app’s “Settings” menu and select “Delete Account.” The deletion takes effect immediately. Your data will be deleted immediately once you confirm that you really want to delete your data.
On our website: You can submit a deletion request by filling out the data deletion form available on our website at https://noemaaxis.com/request-data-deletion/. Please provide the email address associated with your Google or Apple Sign-In account. We will respond within 30 days.
Via Email: You can also simply submit a deletion request by emailing us at info@noemaaxis.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please, again, provide the email address associated with your Google or Apple Sign-In account.
What Happens to Your Data: Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account profile, your saved and all historical data from our Firebase servers within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
